The Lewis Building​

Groen Construction performed as the General Contractor on this particular project consisting of approximately 10,239 square feet of total space, which includes 3375 square feet of commercial space and 6863 square feet of multifamily residential space. A large portion of the building was built using ICF. This project included all aspects of the build from the foundation to the roof deck.
